Severe OCD – The Mind-Body Principle and How to Stop OCD Dead in It’s Tracks

Severe OCD is what you feel when you have that anxiety wash all over you and you feel like you are going to have a heart attack or your feel like there is something wrong because you never felt these feelings before. Once you go to the doctor and they tell you that there is nothing wrong you can then be pretty sure that it is OCD. At the same time if you are feeling physical pains, I would not give up going to see doctors to find out the source of it and don’t ever give up until the pains are gone. As far as getting better whether it is severe ocd or anything else, you must be relentless in your pursuit of happiness.

When we look closely at severe ocd we can see that it is just a series of feelings and emotions that run throughout your whole body. We also know that the mind/body connection is not a connection but rather they are one in the same. The mind is the body and the body is the mind. Have you ever heard of someone that has had their arm amputated and they still feel pains in the missing arm? That really has nothing to do with it but I thought I would mention it because it was interesting. But in reality though the mind is the body and the body is the mind in the way that when someone tells you that they don’t want to see you anymore and you want to see them you will feel physically horrible and you may even feel like not living anymore.

However if someone you love tells you that they love you too, you feel these feelings physically all over your body, not just in your head, this is because your emotions are in all of your cells, not just in your head! Look at severe OCD, you can see that when you feel so strongly that you have to do a ritual, you see that you really feel like crap! Who feels so strongly that they have to do a ritual and feels excellent at the same time? No one at all! I know that you need to understand the mind/body principle explained above as most people don’t teach it because most people are simply ignorant of it! I am not a smarty pants either, I just learned it from Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra. I hope I spelled their names right. In any case, I would encourage you to understand that these people know what they are talking about and you should listen. Who knows more? Is it them or the anchor woman on your local news channel?

The problem with severe ocd is not that is is unpleasant, rather that most people simply believe that they can only deal with it and that they can’t really get rid of it! Nothing could be further from the truth! As we know, you can get rid of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder because I have myself! I know what it’s like to have severe ocd and I also know the cure.
